Man with cerebral palsy banned from
seeing a sex worker in his home

Staff have been banned from preparing a young man with cerebral palsy for the arrival of a sex worker and leaving his money ready in an envelope. The sex worker was due to arrive today, booked by Greg, the TLC advocate. But Manchester Social Services legal department have banned the home or any of the agency staff from facilitating this. A local advocate has been booked to see the young man on Monday and issue a formal complaint. Watch this space.
