Connecting disabled men and women with responsible sex workers

Outsiders and Tuppy Owens mentioned
in House of Lords

24. March 08

Baroness Miller mentioned the Outsiders and the sexual needs of disabled people in the House of Lords debate on the Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill. Tuppy also received this email from Lord Faulkner, with an invitation to comment on the Bill as it stands.

Dear Dr Owens,

Thank you for your message.  You will have seen that I quoted your earlier email to me in the debate.  I have a great deal of sympathy for the point of view you and others are expressing on this issue.

Kind regards

Richard Faulkner
